Customs Brokerage
Responsive U.S. customs clearance backed by experienced professionals who look beyond transmission to the documentation, duty and regulatory issues that can affect an import.
Clearance With Compliance in Mind.
Express Customhouse Broker, Inc. provides customs brokerage services to U.S. importers, foreign importers, freight forwarders and logistics partners. Our focus is straightforward: prepare and transmit entries accurately, communicate clearly, and identify issues that deserve attention before they become larger problems.
For routine shipments, that means efficient entry processing and release support. When a shipment raises a classification, duty, Partner Government Agency or importer-compliance issue, our team can help identify the appropriate next step.

Know the Importer. Understand the Transaction.
Good brokerage starts before the first entry. Express CHB follows importer onboarding and Power of Attorney validation procedures designed to establish who we are representing and to obtain the information needed for customs business.
Foreign importers and transactions involving unusual structures may require additional review before we accept the brokerage engagement.
Brokerage and Advisory Work Are Not Always the Same Thing.
Many entries can be processed using established classifications and complete commercial documentation. Others require research or analysis beyond routine brokerage—for example, a new product classification, special tariff review, country-of-origin question, binding-ruling strategy, post-entry correction or regulatory assessment.
When additional research or substantive compliance analysis is required, Express CHB will identify the issue and, when appropriate, discuss scope and professional fees before undertaking the advisory work.
Support Does Not Necessarily End at Customs Release.
Entry Documentation
Customers can receive entry and release documentation electronically, with portal-based document access available for supported client workflows.
Post-Entry Questions
When an error or new information is identified after filing, we can review the available corrective path, including a Post Summary Correction or protest where appropriate.
Duty & Liquidation Review
Where warranted, we can review duty treatment, liquidation timing and potential recovery opportunities as a separate advisory engagement.
Compliance Escalation
Classification, PGA, origin or other issues requiring deeper analysis can be transitioned from routine brokerage to an appropriate compliance review.
